We hope you love your Sassy Wags items! Because each order is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please make sure to measure your pup’s neck and reference our size guidelines before purchasing.

How do I care for my Sassy Wags products?

Hand wash your Sassy Wags bandanas in cold water & mild soap.

Hang or lay flat to dry and avoid drying in the sun.

Use a warm iron if needed.

Do you offer customization?

At this time we do not offer any monograming or customization. However, if you need a smaller or larger size than we offer, please reach out and we would love to work with you! We hope to offer the option to customize with your pups names soon, so keep checking our Instagram for updates!
